TOP Delivery FAQs – Australia
- All orders are shipped from our Gold Coast warehouse
- Orders are processed Monday-Friday 9am to 4pm (excluding major holidays)
- Orders ship within 24 hours during weekdays.
- All weekend orders are dispatched on Monday
- All deliveries receive a confirmation email when placed, a second email when dispatched and a final email on to how to best track your package.
- Provide us with your correct delivery address to ensure your parcel arrives safely. A late change in address may incur an additional fee.
- Once orders have been despatched, we are unable to re-direct deliveries
